This might be the most important song I’ve ever written. I wrote it as a love song to myself in a time where I was feeling at my lowest. I think we all have the tendency to take care of others and hold space for their journeys, but we don’t always do the same for ourselves. This was me trying to let myself know that no matter what it takes to get there, no matter how difficult, no matter what mistakes I make along the way… I will hold space for myself to find clarity, to love myself wholly, even if I’m not quite there yet.
